Some location here in the Philippines are not yet 4G, according to globe here: http://tattoo.globe.com.ph/the-power-of-4g view your location if your already have the Power of 4G, On Smart here: http://www1.smart.com.ph/bro/lte/coverage, so whats all this about? Im here to help android users out there whose suffering from low reception from isp, which means? that I will give you hint or something that can boost a 3g or 4g cignal, here are the feedbacks of some users already tried:

actually deadspot dito sa house namen ang H+ ..
BUT... nung ginamit ko yung Chichan Signal Booster mo tropa..
naging full signal at H+ ang internet ko .. ginamitan ko din
ng android terminal emulator para walang patid ang connection..
